Since 1947, Erneste has been manufacturing professional clothing in the Vosges region of France for the catering, medical, and service industries, producing jackets for chefs, bakers, pastry chefs, butchers, and sommeliers, as well as uniforms for chambermaids, physiotherapists, and doctors.
Our strength? 100% French manufacturing, carried out entirely in our workshop in Vagney, from the receipt of raw materials to final shipment. Each piece is designed, cut, sewn, and customized on demand, with the utmost care.
At Erneste, customization is not an extra service, it is our signature. Each garment is entirely made to measure, adapted to your body type, your professional needs, and your style.
Our manufacturing process follows rigorous steps, all carried out in-house.
Receipt and inspection of raw materials:
Fabrics and buttons, among other items, are selected for their quality, durability, and comfort by our workshop manager and stylist.
Pattern making and grading:
Made to measure to fit each request perfectly.
Fabric cutting:
Performed on our precision laser machine, ensuring a clean and quick finish for each piece.
Custom embroidery:
Our professional embroiderers are on hand to add a name, logo, or graphic detail to your outfit.
Sewing and assembly:
Handcrafted on our industrial sewing machines by our expert seamstresses, who have been with us for 30 years and pass on their expertise to younger colleagues. Knowledge transfer, mutual support, and sharing are our watchwords.
Meticulous finishing touches:
Button attachment, buttonhole creation, decorative or technical topstitching... Nothing is left to chance.
